Deborah Thornton is an accomplished consultant, and facilitator with over 30 years experience in a variety of settings. Trained in clinical social work and Co-Active coaching, she specializes in revealing the full spectrum of possibilities in life and leadership for individuals and organizations. 

As a Certified Professional Co-Actve® Coach (CPCC), Deborah helps clients clarify their core values, overcome limiting beliefs, and make choices and commitments that expand their sense of fulfillment, balance, and purpose in life. She is skilled at working with people from many stages of life and a wide range of personal, professional, and cultural backgrounds.

As a consultant and facilitator, Deborah helps organizations clarify their mission and purpose, leverage diversity, improve communications, and develop strategies to address the challenges they face in a rapidly changing environment. She is adept at coaching managers and teams to enhance leadership skills, improve performance, and increase employee engagement. Her clients include government agencies, community organizations, and entrepreneurs.

Deborah is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is committed to transforming her community and the world. Her work is informed by six decades of life, a richly varied career path, and extensive cross-cultural experience in Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia.
